Most employers have an induction programme so that new employees can settle into their new jobs easily and effectively. In particular, certain groups, for example school or college leavers and disabled employees, may require extra help and guidance. To ensure that an induction programme is working well, it may be useful to have a review of it with employees after they have been in their jobs for a certain period in order to ensure that the process was successful or identify any problems.
