Managing the redundancy process

Once you have established that a redundancy situation exists, you must then work out how best to manage it. A well-thought out process will ensure that you retain your best staff. Ideally, this process should be as efficient as possible while also allowing sufficient time for employees to feel heard and to demonstrate that you have carried out adequate consultation.
